I'm Still Alive!

Wow.... it's been two months.... Suddenly I got in stress and I had to take a break from my blog. But now, the semester is finished and I have holidays (YAY!)
 So, what happened in the past two months? Of course I will tell you the kpop-related stuff ;)

At first, I had a lots of stuff to do with my Cover Dance Group "EternaGees". We had a live perfomance and we had to practise a lot. It went quiet well (except for one part...). And we uploaded our first Cover Dance. I'm sorry it took is so long. I promised it a long time ago but we were busy with preporations for the live performance.
Of course I'll show you the videos. Here they are :)

The next thing I noticed in the past two months was the debut of Roh Jihoon (Welcome to my Bias-List), Yoseob's solo debut and Hyuna's Comeback.

Roh Jihoon - Punishment


I got crazy. The first thing I thought was: "Wow... he IS HOT!!!!" I love the MV. The acting is great (although, I think it wasn't hard for him that to play a player). And when the "Doo doo doo"- part came, I was done. Believe me, I was really done. It was like watching "Magic Mike".

Yoseob - Caffeine


I just thought "Wow". Yoseob was for me always the "awwww, how cute"- guy. But here, he changed. I think he is manlier. I love Yoseob's voice and the song is beautiful. It suits him really well. And the dance... When I thirst saw the MV I thought immediatly of Justin Timberlakes "Cry Me A River" with all the moves like jumping on the bar and so on. But I also watched a live perfomance, I like the dance. It isn't much and it supports the song really good.

Hyuna - Ice Cream


Well, what should I say? It's Hyuna. "Ice Cream" isn't that strong as "Change" or "Troublemaker". It's more like "Bubble Pop". But yeah, it's really catchy.
The best move I like in the MV is at 2:26 when she sits on a man's back and he do somthing like push-ups.

So, I think this is it for the moment. Now, that I have holidays I will post more ^^

Omfg... They're back Q.Q My boys are back... How long have I been waiting? I'm so happy. Because of it I broke one of university rules- No KPop at university. You know... I have to focus on studies and with KPop it's a little bit hard....
Anyways. I love it! I love the beat. I love the rhythm. I love all of it. They are still themselves - little rascals (I  mean it in a good way =))
And U-Kwon's "Ups" *hahahaha* Great!
And Jaehyo's abs... *Q* and his hair *Q*
And Zico's "Bye Boys, Hi Ladies *kiss*" or how he conducts at the end... Itl looks really cool.
I'm sorry... I'm really fangirling at the moment. You know, I was really sad when this with Thailand happened. It was unfair and the boys really didn't show up after they finished the promotion of "Nalina". I was really worried. And now: They're back!

TVXQ - Catch Me MV

Omo... today TVXQ released their comeback single "Catch Me".

Omo... they're finally back!! I can't remember when their last song was... I think it was last year from "Keep Your Head Down" album....
I like this song. I think the style's somthing diffrent than TVXQ usually has.
And the dance... wow.... I was just amazed about the metallic arm move (you know, where they form the worm or something like that?) It looked just epic. Or when Changmin lies down on the floor and the other have to pull him up. That needs strength from them and body control from Changmin because he has to be really stiff. I'm just amazed.

THURSDAY: She'z, CHAOS

She'z - UU


A cute little love song, nothing more, and the choreo, well, they do always the same moves. And the ending...it doesn't really fit. I'm actually a little bit disappointed because their debut singles was really good. And this...let's say it goes close to mediocre.

I mean, the song is just your mediocre love song, but the MV is just like...amazing!!! It sure was hell of a lot of work but it repays. It's so great!

WEDNESDAY: U-Kiss, Andamiro

Well... it's not that bad... I just don't like the phrase "Stop girl in the name of love" because I know this phrase from somewhere.
What I actually like about the MV, the choreo isn't that weird.
But like I said, the song is not that bad.

I... like this song... It's really catchy. And I think the song fits the MV really well.
So... honestly I haven't much to say here. It's only good. So watch it =)

TUESDAY: J-Min, SPICA, Mighty Mouth ft. Lyn, Baek Ah Yeon

So, because I hadn't got much time this week for my blog because university started again I do the reviews from the whole week now. Well, here is Tuesday.

J-Min - Stand Up


Wow... she is genius...ö,ö
I didn't expect much and I thought it was like evey other cute Drama song you hear once in awhile. But this is... awesome. Okay, I have to admit I haven't started to watch "To The Beautiful You". I just haven't got the time...
So... what else can I say? The guitar solo is great and it matches well with her powerful voice. Surely a song I will listen in the future =3

Spica - I'll Be There


Why is this kid in this dark place? Didn't she hear about the Slenderman? (Quick! Get all the eight pages!)
Anyway. Somehow this song sounds old.... I mean like the western 90's or BoA around 2005... Not bad just a little bit weird. But I have to say the vocals are good as always. And the dance... yeah... was a bit cheesy... Yeah, but maybe you like it =)


Mighty Mouth ft. Lyn -  At Times Like This


Some people would here think: "Awww... this poor guy.... his wife is dead... It's so sad.." But this doesn't work with me. I mean you find this story line in almost every MV. It's unimaginativ...
But yeah... the vocals are nice.


Baek Ah Yeon - Always


My sister and me have the theory that every song sounds much better with an ochestra behind it. This song proves it.
She has a smooth voice. You like to listen to it.
I don't want to say anymore. Just listen to it and enjoy it.

Secret - Poison MV

Today, Secret released their comeback MV for "Poison".

Hmmm what can I say? They aren't cute anymore. They are again on the sexy side. The MV is really sexy. I'm surprised that it even got released. Lately, I read an article about not-released MV of Korean Artist because they were too sexy, too cruel or something else (For all Germans here: Link) I was surprised.
But back to "Poison". I kind of liked the MV. It plays in the 1930's and they were like sexy agents (Korean version of Charlie's Angels may be? Except they don't take place in 1930's)
The song... nyaaah.... they shouldn't repeat "You're my poison" too much. It's getting annoying. But I know myself, like Chi Chi's "Love Is Energy" it will please me.
But they all lost a lot of weight >.< I had to look twice to be sure it's Hyosung. I admit, she looks good... but she should look after herself. I mean I liked her round cheeks and now you see her bones... Yeah, she should look after herself and not lose more weight.

Hahahahaha, they copied the circle from their older brother BEAST. Ah, and the butt-touch xD This was cool. But I like the dance. It fits really well with the music. "Liiike it, I liiike it!"
And the song: Liiike it, I liiike it! But does it only seems so or has Peniel only some little lines? How I saw it he has only the "Swag"-Lines at the beginning. And why does my Ilhoon have to disappear? Q.Q
So, conclusion: Liiike it, I liiike it!!! xD

I totally love it!! I love the beat, I love the dance! What else can I say? I began to watch this MV without any expectation. I wasn't much a ZE:A fan but after this song... I totally love it.
The song is strong and the dance... okay, there was a BEAST-move. In the chorus, when they jump up, it's the same jump in BEAST's "Breath". But anyway... I like it =)

Tiny-G - Tiny-G MV

Today, Tiny-G released their debut song "Tiny-G".

Are you serious? That was so boring. It didn't impress me at all. The dance was, to say it nice, not good.I didn't expect "shake everthing you got" but for this song I expected more hip hop. The dance was just uninspired.
And the song.... Boring. Just boring. There was no change. Wait, this I have to explain... Generally, in the song, there is a part which is different. And I mean really different. In After School's "Bang!" it's the slow part where they stand in a circle and first they jsut simply bounce their hips to the side and than they walk in the circle. Such an part you can find in every other good songs. They are there to prepare for the "Grande Finale". Than also in most songs you can arrange the second verse a little bit that it isn't just the same as the first. So, in "Tiny-G" you can split in verse, bridge, chorus.
Yeah... I think I should stop here... I would be really surprised if they won something. I mean, they are pretty forgettable. With this song they haven't got a chance... When they want to be successfull with this, they should start pray for a miracle.

KARA - Pandora MV

I don't know yet if I should like it or not. Somehow it's totally KARA-style, somehow not....
Let's look a little bit closer. The song isn't something special but it's not annoying.  But once there appeard this James Bond theme and this changed my whole point of view. Should the MV story be about agents or spies? I don't know. But first it was like in the myth when the box is opened. The melody also matched well to this concept. But then, why James Bond?
Then the dance.... Here I can't say much either. I mean in the MV it' looked like it's a lot of posing. But what I saw of the dance, it was good. I liked it. Yeah... I have to see a live version because of the dance.

BoA - The Shadow MV

Today BoA released the MV for her new single "The Shadow".

It's so BoA like. I mean you here the chorus and you don't have to look up. You know it's BoA. My sister for example. She sits maybe two meters away from me and I listened to this song. After the chorus she asked: "Is it BoA? Did she already released a new song?" I only thought "WTF?! How did she know?" But afterwards I thought about it and it's right. It sounds like BoA.
Don't understand me wrong. I like it. In this MV she is sexier than in "Only One". What I liked the most was the low, guttural spoken-rap. Did she ever rap? I can't remember. But I have to say, it was nice.
So, let's listen to it =)

E7 - Don't Let You Go

Today, the boy group E7 released the MV for the song "Don't Let You Go".

What? Didn't they just have their debut stage today on Musik Bank with "U"? And now it's already a new MV out? I'm confused @.@
But I have to say I like "Don't Let You Go" much more than "U". "U" was a "happy go lucky" song and "Don't Let You Go" is more... how can I say this... more serious? It's dark, the acting is good, the shoot good. I don't know how to describe it. The shoot and the acting in "U" were good, too. But "Don't Let You Go" impressed me more.
But watch it and decide by yourself which one is better =)

Junsu (XIA) - Uncommitted MV

Today Junsu released the all-in-english song "Uncommitted".

Usually I don't review songs which are all in English but this is an exception because it's so American. Ok, it was shot in LA and there are a lot of western women. Another point I feel I have to review this MV is it's Junsu. I mean, THE Junsu. I don't want to commit a sacrilege.
So, the song is about a man who swears to love only one woman. Uuuuuh.... and there the problem starts. Why is he making out with not one, not even two, no, THREE women? When you only love one woman why are those three chicks there? If you really swear on that, it's a lie, Junsu. It's a lie. It's called cheating by the way....
But the song is nice at least. Also stop the video at 1:44. It's hilarious, trust me xD If that's what a Junsu partying looks, I bet you just pretend to not know him afterwards.
Uhoh... I committed a sacrilege.... But it was fun to watch and to write this xD

TWO X - Double Up MV

Today the new girl group from J.Tune Camp made their debut with "Double Up".

Now under J.Tune Camp are two groups =3 It's growing slowly.
But those girls will have it hard. I mean, there are other rookie girl groups and they are probably stronger than TWO X.... I mean today EvoL had also their debut stage today and I think, they had more stage appearance than TWO X... Yeah, we will see who will be successfull and who not.
Ah, about the MV... Yeah, it's well done but nothing special. It seems that everything fits. The choreography matches with the music.
Yeah, you can decide it by yourself if they are good or not. I think I keep an eye on them and watch how they will develop =)

Today the boy group Phantom released their single "Burning".

It's beautiful.  like the song very much. I like the voices. They are soft and smooth and even the rap doesn't sound that hard. I think it's good that they don't have a dance choreography. That would destroy the whole MV.
I just saw them on the m!countdown stage. They were good. Ok, at the beginning they looked a little bit scared but after I saw the MV I think they wanted to put up emotions. They wanted to show the feelings of the lyrics. I hope they work a little bit on their acting skills, so that they doesn't look frightened but strong and sorrowful (for this song now).
But I have to say, I don't really get the story of the MV :S
But, yeah, watch it =)

E7 - U MV

Anyways. Today, the boy group E7 released their debut song "U".

Is there Seto Koji in it? ..ah, no. It's another guy *sigh*
So, let's talk about the MV. The lyrics you can summarize in one word: U! (And sometimes Uuuu~) The music is really boy group basic. It's nothing special. It's cute and tells that "U" are the only one.
And the dance.... the dance had some good moments in it (like in the dance break the wave).
So, I think that's all I can say about it.

I really felt nostalgic because of the mono sound... I think I'm going to play Pokemon xD
But I like the MV. It's fun to watch =3

Skarf - Oh! Dance MV

Today, the girl group Skarf released their debut song "Oh! Dance".

Nyah... it didn't impress me. The song wasn't something and the dance also. And about the dance... the dance break didn't really fit in. I mean, the song isn't much a dance song and so the dance break wasn't necessary.
But what I like is the fact that the members are from Korea and Singapore. =D
